The company "Pinzgauer Haus" was established in 1971.

The co founders were

Herbert Mair as executive partner,

Anton Hammerschmidt, Elmar Eusch and Johann Wolf Altmann as partners.

For more than 40 years by now the company works mainly as a regional  private building promoter in Salzburg county.

Our company focuses on smaller projects,like row houses, family homes, multiple dwelling units and holiday estates in the typical Swiss alpine building style.

The other main business areas are the conception of industrial parks, industrial areas, commercial houses, hotels, and  restaurants.

And on the other hand the purchase, mediation and application of real estate of almost any kind.

Smaller units equals higher quality of living, that is our philosophy, and by the use of top standard construction materials and our aiming for an environmental friendly, energy saving elaboration we underline this taproot of our work.

We are also well known for the restoration of historical buildings

Dew to  our knowledge concerning old constructional techniques, our joy in preserving the past in correspondence with modern building standards

we can proudly look back on several successfully renovated historical buildings.

During the first years in business we focused mainly on projects in Saalfelden and Maria Alm.

This has dramatically changed in the following years.
